传记

Dr. 迦南起重机 received a bachelor's degree in family psychology from OBU in 1997. He earned a master's degree in marriage and family therapy from OBU in 2000 and his PhD in Family Science from Oklahoma State University in 2010. He has been a licensed marital and family therapist since 2002 and an approved supervisor for the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy since 2005. Crane has been involved in counseling 服务 at OBU, including career counseling and university counseling.  He currently serves as the Director of the Marriage and Family Therapy Graduate Program.

As the MFT Program Director, Dr. Crane is responsible for oversight of the MFT curriculum, clinical training program, 设施, 服务, and the maintenance and enhancement of the program’s quality. Dr. Crane advises students as they progress through the program and is responsible for hiring and supervising MFT faculty and the MFT Clinic Director. Dr. Crane provides year round direction for the program.

Dr. Crane has also served as the Instructor and Faculty Liaison for the Climbing Wall at the Recreation and Wellness Center. He teaches the Introduction to Rock Climbing and Intermediate Rock Climbing courses. He guides rock climbing trips for his classes and is the Faculty Sponsor for the Outdoor Adventure Klub (OAK). He participated in training and received his certification as a Single Pitch Instructor by the American Mountain Guides Association from 2008-2011. He regularly guides in Oklahoma and Arkansas but has climbed in Colorado, 新墨西哥, 加州, Oregon and North Carolina.
